The Pre-Treatment Toner from Hydropeptide gently exfoliates with moisturising agents to prepare the skin for serum.
 
This cleanser/ toner contains Lactic Acid to remove dead cells, Liquorice and Mulberry Extracts to brighten, and Hyaluronic Acid to help plump the skin. Targets dullness and congestion, fine lines and dryness. Wiped over the skin after cleansing, this toner also removes any leftover make-up and cleanser residue to ensure the skin is left properly clean and balanced every time.
 
Suitable for most skin types, apply to a cotton pad before wiping over cleansed skin on the face and neck. Can be used once or twice a day
