Festive Greetings!

Bit late in the day, as I know that many suppliers and shops send out their Christmas or Festive Winter Break greetings, pretty much at the start of, what is for us, the Winter season.

Nonetheless, Murray and I wish you all the very best at this time of year and hope that your 2022 (and yes, I know that for many, the year is 1443 A.H.) - that for those that celebrate the New Year, 2022 proves a better one than those years pervious, that have been filled with uncertainty and concern.

For information, many of our suppliers do not really re-open until the 4th January, so for those of you ordering now, if I do not have your items in stock, there will be a short delay until all our suppliers get going after the annual break.

May I also make a plea to those of you (especially) from the Middle East. PLEASE make sure that I have a full and valid address for me to send your order. I am still getting orders returned where the full address is missing or the telephone number is incomplete. I do send out an email when an address is incomplete, though even then, I sometimes do not get a reply. Do reply!

I would also like to explain the system for orders sent into the EU. If you are ordering from the EU, you will need to pay duty and sometimes, an administration fee to receive your order. Please pay the amount requested and then send me, by email, a copy of the receipt which you paid to receive your order. I will then refund the amount you have paid in duty as well as any administration fees, through PayPal. This means that you will not pay extra for your order. It is a bit convoluted but as a large number of UK citizens took complete leave of their senses, I am afraid that this is the only solution I can muster at this time. Most important: I will need an email receipt!!

Thank you all for your custom over the last 12 months and we both hope to hear from you in the near future. Meanwhile, stay safe and stay beautiful.
