Antioxidant-Rich Foods


Another essential aspect of your diet is the consumption of antioxidants. Free radicals are unstable molecules that can cause inflammation and contribute to aging and chronic diseases. Antioxidants neutralize these harmful free radicals, helping to protect your skin from damage.


Incorporating foods rich in antioxidants, such as fruits and vegetables, can be beneficial. Key antioxidants include:
